Mrs. Susannah Sands – 6th Homeroom,
6,7,8th Language Arts
Mrs. Susannah Sands graduated from Longwood University, Farmville, Virginia in 1974 with a B.S. degree in Secondary Education and Social Science, with teacher certification grades 6-12. She is completing her sixth year, teaching language arts, in the middle school, at St. Paul's. She and her husband, Keith, have grown twin sons.


Mrs. Melissalynn Dixon – 7th Homeroom,
6,7,8th Math, 6th Science
Mrs. Melissalynn Dixon graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida with a B.A. degree in Religious Studies and minors in Chemistry and Mathematics. She has taught math in the middle school at St. Paul's for five years. She has also taught the ESP, Math-Science-Technology summer program for two years at Bishop Kenny and Bishop Snyder. In addition to teaching, she has an extensive background in playing and teaching piano, and studying music at the collegiate level. She and her husband, John, have a two-year-old son named Isaiah.
Mrs. Jeannette Carson - Assistant Principal,
6,7,8th Religion and Social Studies
Jeannette Carson has been teaching in the Diocese of St. Augustine for the past twenty-nine years. She has taught at Resurrection, St. Matthews and for the last 23 years here at St. Paul’s. She has experience teaching grades 1-8, and is currently teaching 6th, 7th & 8th grade Religion and Social Studies and has been the Assistant Principal at St. Paul’s for the past 7 years. Jeannette is a product of Catholic Education where she went from Elementary school thru college. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Chestnut Hill College.
Mrs. Jamie Terry - 7th & 8th Science,
K-8th Library
Jamie Terry received her teaching degree from Western Kentucky University and her Masters degree from the University of Louisville in Kentucky. She is a veteran teacher and has taught grades 4-8 in both public and Catholic schools. The last 24 years Mrs. Terry has been teaching in the Catholic schools. Mrs. Terry's work experience includes writing and administrating a grant to form a gifted education program for the Bullitt County Public Schools, writing and publishing curriculum for a Stewardship program for the Archdiocese of Louisville, and acting as principal of Holy Family School in Louisville, KY for two years. She has also been recognized for her involvement with children and the arts in the Louisville community and worked with the Shakespeare in the Park program to bring Shakespearean drama to her Junior High students. She is currently teaching library grades 1st-8th and science grades 7th and 8th.
