Mrs. Laurie Orth - Music
Mrs. Laurie Orth graduated from Jacksonville State University, in Jacksonville, Alabama, in 1997 with a masters degree in Music Education in Choral and Vocal Studies (K- 12). She received her undergraduate degree from The Hartt School at the University of Hartford, in Hartford, CT in Opera Performance, in 1989. Mrs. Orth has worked as a Children's and Adult Choir Director in several churches and was a chorus member for 5 seasons with the Pittsburgh Opera Company. She is a cantor at St. Paul's Catholic Church. The 2010-2011 school year will be Mrs. Orth's second year teaching General Music at St. Paul's. She and her husband John have two handsome sons, both at St. Paul's, Dylan and Emmitt. In addition to singing, Mrs. Orth enjoys playing golf with her family and riding horses.

Ms. Maribel Gaar - Spanish
Maribel Gaar is a native of El Salvador and is fluent in Spanish and English. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of El Salvador. Prior to teaching she worked for various corporations in that field. In 1987, Maribel moved to Jacksonville, Florida. Maribel has a daughter, Melisa, who attended San Jose Catholic School and Bishop Kenny High School which was wonderful preparation for college. Melisa recently graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Maribel introduces technology and a lot of fun into her Spanish curriculum. Since 2007, she has taught kindergarten through grade four at Holy Family Catholic School and prekindergarten through grade eight at St. Paul's Catholic School. In the fall of 2010, she will begin classes at the University of North Florida to pursue a Master of Education degree.

Mrs. Jessica Lally - Technology & Art
Mrs. Jessica Lally graduated from the University of North Florida in 1999 with a Bachelors in Fine Art in Graphic Design. She has been a substitute for both Duval County Public Schools and St. Paul's Catholic School. Mrs. Lally joined the staff for the 2010/2011 school year. She and her husband Pat were married at St. Paul's 9 years ago. She is a member of St. Paul's Lady's Guild. They have a son Murphy that is entering Kindergarten here at St. Paul's.

Coach Conley graduated from Western State College of Colorado in 1987 with a Bachelors degree in English and Education. He has been a member of St. Paul's for 17 years and joined the staff for the 2009/10 school year. His wife of 18 years, Robin, is an active member in the parish and they enjoy their two sons John (St. Paul's graduate of 2008) and Christopher (4th grade).
